DIRT is a trail running magazine, primarily targeted towards women interested in exploring the outdoors, but DIRT could be inclusive to anyone who wants to get dirty. Dirt doesn’t discriminate.
As an avid trail runner, and outdoor adventure-er, I’ve been disappointed by the lack of womens’ presence and womens’ voices in the sport. The outdoors has no gender bias, so why should the representation of who gets to enjoy it?!
As a young woman I wanted to see more people who looked like me doing the things I love and DIRT Magazine aims to show that.
